Shipping Timing

Shipping is done on Tuesday – Saturday. Once the package leaves us, we have no control over delivery. US Priority Mail is approximately 3-5 days within the continental USA, UPS is approximately 3-4 days within the continental USA. Each package has a tracking number. If you are in doubt, please feel free to call or email.

FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA is better than a SALE!  In the event that shipping charges are mistakenly applied, the buyer will be notified by email before the order is processed. If ordering outside of the continental USA,, please call for estimated shipping. 1-207-930-8012

For International Shipping:
You will be contacted concerning shipping charges before your order is processed.

Shipping Methods
Shipping will be surface mail by United States Postal Services or UPS. If you desire another shipping method, please call with your request. We will be happy to make other arrangements. Any additional shipping costs will be added to your order.

Customs Duty
Customs duty charges may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage During Shipping
A great deal of care is taken when packaging your items for shipment. Occasionally accidents happen. If your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and immediately email shop@ainamoja.com, call 207-930-8012 or email shop@ainamoja.com for instructions.
