Our fragile items are packaged as carefully as possible but occasionally items have arrived broken. We have insured your package and though it is a disappointment to lose a one of a kind item, we will process the paperwork for the insurance claim. A digital photograph is very helpful for the claim.

You may call and discuss any problems with our shop manager and arrange for a refund or credit.
